R. It is an electronic shop that already included all the tools needed to sell online. Our E-commerce service has the turn-key solution.It means that no softwares have to be downlaoded on your pc. Infact you can easily activate on internet a products or services catalogue. The management can be done using a control panel on your pc, that allows the price settings, the products description, the list of their features and photos, the subdivision into categories, the orders control, the statistics study and many other options.
R. The panel control allows the management and the changes of all your E-Shop functions. When you activate an E-Shop, you will provide of username and password (customizable) which allow you a permanent safe access to your control panel. It will also assign you a web address through which you can always access to your control panel (using any pc). All you need is an internet connection.
R. First of all you create a category, after that into the drop-down menu you select the “products” section choosing in which “categories” you want to add the products and so you click “add”. Having done that,you fill the popup window that allows you to save and confirm the operation. Finally click on “update” in order to confirm in real time all the changes you have carried out.

5. What are the characteristics for and how many are there? R. The control panel allows you to create and customise the features associated products (e.g. colour, measure). The features can be set for all the products belonging to the same category, in order to avoid to set them up every time that a new product is added in that category. The system includes three types of categories: Simple text; Mandatory choice; YES/NO with ico.
6. How many images can be associated to each product? R. One image can be associated to each product (except complex case as the multi-variant products). However it is possible to add images in quantity in the product description firstly clicking on the yellow key "add/customise image" in the visual editor of the description field, secondly clicking on the server search key. After that click on the leaf key and select the image on the disk of your pc. Finally click ok.
7. How and where can I add a banner into my E-Shop? R. You can insert the html code related to the banner in the file “menu.html” (access through ftp) if you want to display it under the left menu, or in “file right.html” if you want to display it on the right side. In order to display the banner in the high-right place, in the area reserved to the links of the customizable pages, you can insert the banner in the form of an icon of a customizable page as "Link to the external page".
8. How can I become an affiliated member? R. You just need to have your own website and to fill the form in the “Earn money” section. The confirmation email of the affilation includes id and password which will allow you to manage the control panel related with it and all the information to insert the banner into your website.
9. When can I demand the payment of my affiliated credit? R. You can always demand the payment of the payable credit. It is constantly updated on your control panel. The accumulated credit becomes payable everytime an E-Shop Pro is activated. All the informations related to the affilation program are included in the sub-section “Become affiliate”.
10. Can my E-Shop customers pay with credit card too? R. The E-commerce system includes the payment with credit card. However it is needed to activated the relating convention with one of the operator qualified to provide this service (e.g. Banca Sella, Paypal, etc.). Once the account is created, enable the function on the control panel.
11. What the bureaucratic procedures for openinig an E-commerce shop are? R. An E-Commerce shop is a fully-fledged selling activity. The only difference is that all the operations, including the economic transaction, are placed on internet. Besides opening a VAT number and registering it at the Chamber of Commerce, it is needed to submit a declaration of starting activity at the Place of residence of the company or sole trader. However each contry has its E-commerce regulation. For this reason you have to contact the Office of the Secretary of State in your state to establish the legalities you must follow.
12. Does the monthly payment involve an annual contract? R. Absolutely not. The customer who buys an (E-Shop) can free himself whenever he wants.
13. Are there any additional charges for opening an E-Shop? R. There is no additional charge. The hosting service is already included in the price with a free choosable domain.

15. How much can I earn using an E-Shop and how many time is needed to reach these advantages? R. It depends particularly on the products quality, the prices, the originality of the offers and many other factors. Some of our customers are able to earn a lot of money or receive a lot of orders thanks to our system in just one month. There are no fixed rules.
16. If I have already a domain and I move it in order to use your E-commerce, is the hosting included in the E-Shop price? R. Yes! In the E-Shop price are included the registration service or the transfer of domain and hosting service (email boxes of the domain, ftp access, statistics of the accesses, MySQL database etc.). The domain remains under your property and you can trasfer it into another provider every time you want (but in the last case your E-Shop cannot be visualized with your domain).
17. How to set E-Shop offline while the catalogue is under construction? R. If the E-Shop is not ready yet to be visitated by potential customers, it is possible to activate the "maintenance mode" in the "General settings" in the control panel. When the E-Shop is in maintenance mode, the visitors can see only a courtesy message(customizable) and can surf just putting the access data of administrators enable to access to the control panel.
18. How to set up a different ordering for the product categories? R. Currently the catogories are in alphabetical order. However there is a procedure to place them in a different order by putting before the category name a string as:,,,etc. according to the wanted order.
19. How to add a product to the Special offers section? R. The section of the discounted products includes only all the products which price has been discounted.
R. Generally the notice of cancellation of an E-Shop should be sent by a letter with advice of delivery, as provided in the terms of sale. However we usually accept an exception to these instructions, so it is possible to send a notice of cancellation also by email to the addressamministrazione@interferenza.com before the periodical expiry of the subscription as long as the email explains clearly the E-Shop data the E-SHOP NOTICE OF CANCELLATION caption. PAY ATTENTION: in this case the notice can be considered as accepted if and only if you receive an email from us in which we confirm your notice.
21. Can my E-Shop be seen on the search engines? R. Sure! However it depends on many factors. Our software includes appropriate instruments oriented towards search engines(meta-tag and url structure), but it is necessary that the E-Shop admistrator shall engage in fundamental activities in order to make the contents visible by the engines. For these reasons we suggest to write detailed descriptions and do not include in the products name any excessively technical codes or words, but to the contrary use key words which customers will put in their web research. Moreover once an E-Shop (Free o Professional) is activated, the portals network of our partners will promote the shop 24 hours after the input of the products in it. > |
